Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Akhdemny account and its data at any time.

In the app

Open the app and go to Profile → Delete Account → Delete Forever. Deletion takes effect immediately.

Without the app, or by request

Email us at [SUPPORT_EMAIL] from your registered phone number. We confirm your identity before deleting the account.

What gets deleted

Your account and all order history are permanently deleted and cannot be undone.

What may be retained

Only minimal anonymized records where Egyptian law requires them.
