These Terms of Service govern your use of the Akhdemny app. By using the app, you agree to them.

Using the Service

You agree to provide accurate account, address, and order information and to use the app only for legitimate purchases and deliveries.

Orders and Pricing

Displayed prices and delivery fees are confirmed at checkout. Custom orders use the approved item cost plus platform fees. Stores and drivers may reject unavailable items.

Payments

Current flows support cash on delivery unless another payment method is explicitly shown in-app. You are responsible for paying the confirmed order total.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once a store or driver has started preparing or purchasing items, cancellation eligibility may be limited.

Account Safety

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.
